Villa Castello is a unique private villa at the unique Greek island of Hydra, only 1,25 hours from Athens by hydrofoil or catamaran. Villa Castello is totally made by rock, is one of the most beautiful buildings at the Island, and can be the ideal setting to enjoy a perfect holiday with every luxury provided and spacious accommodation for a maximum of 6-8 people to share.

Villa Castello located right next to the fort. Its very easy to find and probably the only rental house at the island that you will not need ANY STAIRS at all to approach it, as it is just 20 meters away of the traditional port right next to the sea.

Although villa Castello is in the heart of Ydra Island, its location is also private and quite and we can guarantee you that you will not be disturbed by the neighbourhood and also you will not disturb others if you are planning to host a party at your residence during your staying.

At the Roof Garden you can entertain
more than 150 guests and this make villa
Castello an ideal place for marriage parties or other similar social events.

You can swim right next to the house and you can actually watch the fishes swimming in frond of you eyes in Hydra's crystal waters

Accommodation consists of two floors each one with separate entrance that can be used also as separate studios. Each floor is over 80sq meters and the verandas with the roof garden is over 140sq meters.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor can accommodate 4-5 people, has 2 double rooms with two luxurious bathrooms and a full luxury kitchen.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a double room and a large living room with two single beds and also a luxury kitchen, a luxury bathroom and a grand individual veranda.

Both floors are fully A/C and centrally heated and have panoramic view from Athens to Spetses and both floors can use the large roof garden

Villa Castello is available year round.

For your entertainment there is satellite TV, DVD-video, and a CD player, and plenty of books in various languages as well as games for you to enjoy. Kitchens are very well equipped with all modern conveniences and can be used to prepare and serve all kind of dinners even for large parties if you wish to entertain others in your residence. There is also a phone line that you can use for FREE local calls and incoming calls.

At your arrival at the island you will be met by our manager who will escort you to villa Castello, with donkeys to carry your luggage, and show you around the house and introduce you to the house-keeper. The house-keeper will come to the house on a weekly basis to change linen for you.

In a normal basis villa Castello can not be booked for less than 7 nights but for special occasions, holidays, marriage events etc. you can ask for a special deal for as many days covers exactly your needs

Pets are welcome. Weekly change of linen included. In case you need any other arrangement about cleaning visits please feel free to ask for it.
